Terms of Service

Friends: Ludo, Voice & Games · Effective date: 24 October 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Antriksh Kumar Chaudhary, India ("Friends", "we", "us"), the operator of the Friends apps for Android and iOS, our website, and invite links that open the app. By tapping "I am 18 or older", signing in or using Friends, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Friends.

2. Who can use Friends

You must be 18 or older to use Friends. By using it, you confirm that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If we learn that someone under 18 is using Friends, we will remove the account. You must also not be barred from using the service by any law that applies to you.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your Friends account.
• Give us accurate information. Use one account per person. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
• Your display name and "About me" must follow the community rules below. We filter offensive words and contact details, and may change or remove a name that breaks the rules.
• Tell us right away at akchaudhary6532@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Community rules

Friends is a place to play with other people. You agree not to:

• harass, bully, threaten, or abuse anyone, or use hateful, sexual, or violent language or content;
• share another person's personal information, or share your own contact details to take people off the app;
• pretend to be someone else, or mislead people about who you are;
• cheat, use bots, scripts, modified apps, or exploit bugs, collude to rig a result, or interfere with matchmaking;
• spam, advertise, or promote other products or services;
• record other players' voice, or share recordings of them, without their consent;
• try to access accounts, servers or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it;
• use Friends for anything illegal, or in a way that harms other users or us.

You can block and report anyone in the app. Reports are reviewed, and we may act on them as described in Suspension and ending your account.

5. Your content

You own what you create, such as your display name, "About me", chat messages, taunts and room titles. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, deliver and moderate that content, only as needed to run Friends. You are responsible for your content and promise you have the right to share it. We do not review everything before it appears, and we are not responsible for what other users say or share.

6. Voice, chat and Discover

• Voice is streamed live to the other people in your game, party or room through our voice provider. We do not record or store it, but others can hear you, and may record you on their own devices. Be careful what you say.
• Discover is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, other users see your approximate distance. Do not use it to follow, locate, or contact anyone who does not want to be contacted.
• Contacts sync is optional. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
• Meeting people you find on Friends in person is your own decision and risk. Take normal precautions.

7. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, diamonds and other in-app items are virtual items. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred for money, or exchanged for real-world goods, and you get only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them in Friends.
• Friends has no real-money gaming. You do not stake or win money. Coins used for entry fees or earned from games have no real-world value.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, which handle the payment. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. The store's own terms and refund rules apply, and we cannot refund payments that the store handled.
• We verify each purchase with the store before crediting your account. If a purchase is reversed or found fraudulent, we may remove the items it gave you.
• Unused coins, diamonds and items are lost when your account is deleted or removed for breaking these terms. They are not refunded.
• We may change prices, prizes, rewards and the balance of the game economy at any time.

8. Ads and rewards

Friends is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. You can choose to watch optional rewarded ads for coins or other rewards. Rewards are credited after the ad network confirms the ad was watched, and may be limited per day. Do not use tools to fake or force ad views. How ads use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Games and fair play

Game results are decided by our servers, and our decision on a result is final. If you leave a game early, lose connection, or time out, the game rules decide the outcome, which may include forfeiting an entry fee. Games, features and offline games may change, pause or be removed. We try to keep Friends available but do not promise it will always work without interruption.

10. Our rights

Friends, including the app, games, artwork, sounds, logos and the "Friends" name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create copies of any part of it, except as the law allows. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

11. Suspension and ending your account

• We may warn you, mute you, restrict features, or suspend or permanently remove your account if you break these terms, put others at risk, or if the law requires it. We may do this without notice where there is a safety or legal reason.
• You can stop using Friends at any time and can delete your account from the app or at samachaar.guru/delete-account. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
• Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends (such as 5, 10, 12, 13 and 14) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

Friends is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your needs, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they share. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items, data, or profits, arising from your use of Friends. Our total liability for any claim relating to Friends is limited to the amount you paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at akchaudhary6532@gmail.com and give us a chance to fix the problem. If we cannot resolve it, the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law lets you bring a claim elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Friends after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using Friends and delete your account.
